220g Plain flour
50g Butter
2 Eggs
½ Litre of Milk
A Pinch of Salt
Preparation
Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs in the centre of the flour and whisk. Add the milk little by little and keep on whisking until the batter is smooth. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Add two spoonfuls of the melted butter into the batter and whisk it in. Let the pancake mixture stand for 30 minutes before cooking. Heat the pan and add the batter with a ladle. Move the pan from side to side in order to get an even layer of batter. When they are ready put the pancakes on a plate. Then serve with chocolate syrup or fresh strawberries and cream!
