Our educational Project is based on acomprehensive
formation, which covers all the non-university educational stages
with the aim of teaching our students moral, human, technical,
technological and scientific knowledge. The countryside location of the School,
enables us to develop all types of teaching and experiences: artistic, play activities,
sport, cultural and also experiences in contact with nature, beyond what the current legislation establishes.
We work with enthusiasm on a personalised
education, to attend the needs that our students, parents
or society show. Because of this, our project is open to
all the educational community, and especially to families,
to which we consider co-responsible in the teaching-learning
process.
All these, are supplemented with a series
of values, which summarises ARCADIA's project:
Autonomy:
from the very first courses students will be transmitted
and taught the importance of freedom for the human being,
and they will also be taught to form their own opinions,
to promote their critical thought and their personal maturity.
Responsability:
We want our students to get involved in their education,
so we promote attitudes to support their motivation for learning.
At the same time, we expect that this sense of responsibility
will be expanded to the problems that affect society.
Perseverancia:
Any project requires effort and daily work from all the educational community.
Hapiness:
Our aim is to educate our students to be optimistic people, who feel fulfilled themselves and
who enjoy learning.
Democracy:Our project commits itself
with the democratic principles both in defence of its values
and in the daily living.
Innovation:Our teaching methodology joins
new technologies and the teaching-learning process.
Accesibility:We want our school to
be accessible to students and to the needs that the educational
community shows.
